Mark Oliver
Founder & CEO
Mark founded the company in March 2020 and has held technical and operational roles at the CIA, Pacific Northwest National Labs, Wireless Research Group, and Chess Solutions.
Dr. Jim Winkelmann, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer
Jim joined Presage in May 2021. He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Optics from Northwestern. Previously, he worked as a consultant for World Wide Technology.
James Gerber, CISSP
Chief Financial Officer
Jamie joined Presage in May 2025. He holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. Previously, he has worked for multiple cybersecurity startups and built partnerships across large enterprises.
Michael P. Kenney, Esq.
General Counsel
Michael joined Presage in February 2025. He holds a law degree and M.S. degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Chemistry. Previously, he focused on general counsel work for healthcare software companies specializing in technology and IP.
Katie Emilien
Director of Operations
Katie joined Presage in March 2025. She holds a M.A. in Educational and Human Development with a focus on educational leadership and administration.
Bryce Andress
Systems Architect
Bryce joined Presage in August 2020. He previously worked for the FBI as a cloud systems engineer.

Diane joined Presage in January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and has certificates in SQL and Advanced Software Engineering.
Ashraful Islam
Senior Developer
Ashraful joined Presage in July 2024. He holds M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Previously, he served as an Automation Engineer at Marble Technologies.
Greg Kramida
Senior Developer
Greg joined Presage in August 2023. He is a doctoral candidate in Computer Science at the University of Maryland. Previously, he served as Lead Software Engineer and Faculty Researcher at the Traffic Safety and Operations Lab.
Aristotle Pippa
Machine Learning Technician
Aristotle joined Presage in January 2025. He holds a Bachelors in Social Psychology from the University of Missouri. Aristotle also owns and operates the St. Louis Music Exchange.
Shruthi Sangameswaran
Machine Learning Technician
Shruthi joined Presage in December 2024. She holds a B.S. in Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego. Previously, she worked as an Educational Instructor at Sylvan.
Craig Brooks
Chairman of the Board
Craig is a Senior Managing Director on the Private Equity team at Cerberus. He joined Cerberus in 2004 and expanded its private equity strategy in Europe from 2014 to 2021. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Houlihan Lokey, and The Gores Group.
